How Alpaca Supports HDESD
- Substitute Pulse Surveys: After each assignment, substitutes share feedback on their experience, wellbeing, and likelihood to return. A live dashboard provides real-time insights for leadership.
- Recognition Through Alpaca Packs: Personalized care packages, including wellbeing items and handwritten notes, celebrate substitute teachers for milestones and hard-to-fill assignments.
