Staff Activity: Catch Me If You Can
Get your staff moving and interacting with this fun and interactive activity that brings out their competitive spirit! In this game, team members try to "steal" items from each other’s doors or workspaces—without getting caught. It’s a perfect blend of stealth, strategy, and friendly competition that encourages teamwork and lots of laughter.
We’ve created a new game idea for every month, complete with printables. Play once a month or each quarter to keep the fun going and celebrate your team!
How it Works
Give each staff member a "starter item" to place on their door. Share the rules and game end time with everyone. Staff can steal one item at a time, but if caught, they must return it. After the game, announce the winner(s) and reward them with a prize!
